Paul Jackson, 52, injured , taken to hospital, after his car collides with a vehicle driven by Brian Richards, 57, on Route 109 in Acton.

The York County Sheriff's Office is investigating a crash in Acton that sent one man to the hospital.

It happened around 9 o'clock this morning. According to the Sheriff's Office, 57-year-old Brian Richards of Sanford was driving North on Route 109 when he made a left hand turn into the parking lot of the Acton Trading Post in the path of an oncoming car.

The driver of the car, 52-year-old Paul Jackson of Shapleigh was knocked unconscious. He was taken to Goodall Hospital to be treated. Richards was not hurt.
