The driver and a second passenger were hospitalized. WMTW-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1nwIVxm ) that a 32-year-old woman was driving on Paris Hill Road when she lost control and her car, which came to rest roof down against a tree. Paris Police Chief Jeff Lange said a passenger, 41-year-old Kevin Wassell, was killed in the crash. Investigators are still working to determine a cause, but say speed may have been a factor. Lange said none of the occupants of the car was wearing a seatbelt.

One man is dead after a crash in Paris. Police say a 32-year-old woman was driving on Paris Hill Road Saturday afternoon, when she lost control on a turn. No one in the car was wearing a seat belt, we’re told. The driver and another passenger were taken to the hospital. They believe speed may be a factor.

Police say Kevin Wassell was killed after Doiron failed to negotiate a turn along Paris Hill Road around 3 p.m. on Jan. 31. Wassell was sitting in the front passenger seat. The car went out of control, crossed the centerline and rolled onto its roof into a group of trees. Her lawyer didn't immediately return a message left at his office. Doiron and her backseat passenger were both injured.
