Second person dies after fatal Carroll County crash
Police said Lee Rose, 88, was driving the Forester. He was injured and taken to Shock Trauma. Gertrude Rose, 90, a front-seat passenger in the Forester, was also injured and flown to Shock Trauma. While Lee Rose's condition was not released, police said Tuesday that Gertrude Rose died Monday afternoon. The back seat passenger in the Forester, Mary Lou Wolfe, 83, was in cardiac arrest at the scene with CPR in progress. She was taken to Carroll Hospital Center where she succumbed to her injuries, police said.
