2 fatally struck by motorcycle in Dundalk; off-duty officer charged with DUI, police say

County police said officers were called shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday to North Point Boulevard just south of Norris Lane, where a car struck a pedestrian who was crossing North Point Boulevard. The driver stopped at the scene, police said.

The second pedestrian, 21-year-old Berlynn Matthews of Middle River, got out of her car to help Day. It was then that police say off-duty officer William Collazo-Brown struck both Day and Matthews with his Kawasaki motorcycle.

Baltimore County Police Fire Officer Charged With DUI In Connection To Double Fatal Crash In Dundalk

On Tuesday night police said Collazo-Brown was no longer with the department.
