Boy, 9, ejected in ATV crash dies
County sheriff's officials said Kirby Allen Councell, of Chestertown, was riding the ATV in the 7200 block of Swan Creek Road in Rock Hall while his father was working nearby. Authorities said the boy was not wearing a seat belt or a helmet.
