Teen Killed in Crash on I-95 in Maryland

Maryland State Police say they received a call about a disabled car in the northbound lanes of I-95 near Route 200. As troopers were responding to the scene, a van and semi-tractor trailer struck the disabled car.

Moshe was an 8th grader at Baltimore’s Talmudic Academy where his father, Doniel Moskowitz, serves as Rabbi, according to WUSA-9 in D.C.
