Police said 51-year-old Paul Fonseca, a city resident, was on foot when he was hit by a black Lincoln Town car shortly before 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the area of American Legion Highway and Blue Hill Avenue.
The mother of a Boston man killed in a hit-and-run Wednesday, November 26 is asking the driver to come forward and do the right thing. Police have not formally released the name of the man struck and killed at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Blue Hill Avenue and American Legion Highway in Dorchester. But Ruth Carter told media outlets that the victim was her son, 51-year-old Paul Fonseca.  Police are looking for a black Lincoln Town Car they believe was involved.
