Woman Killed In Hudson MotorcycleCrash

Anyone who has information about Zapatka or where she may have been Friday night is asked to call Hudson Police at (978) 562-7122. She had not been discovered because the motorcycle crashed off the roadway and the driver went down a small embankment and ended up in a swampy area.
A Lowell woman died in a motorcycle wreck overnight, but was not found until later in the morning by a jogger on Brigham Street Saturday morning just before 9 a.m. Authorities determined that the woman had crashed sometime overnight. The driver traveled down an embankment. Police identified the driver as Amber Zapatka, 27, of Lowell. She was declared deceased at the crash site.
