Two people killed in hit-and-run crash involving alleged driver Katrina Nguyen on I-495 in Methuen, Massachusetts

One of the people found in the truck, a 37-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said. Another person, a 41-year-old man, was transported to Lawrence General Hospital, where he later died.
