After an injury car accident, take thise steps to help the recovery process
When someone has been injured in a car crash, it's hard to know what to do to help. Injured people need appropriate medial treatment, but they also need to have thier civil and legal rights protected.
After a serious crash, several steps need to be taken, including dealing with the insurance companies, tracking and documenting lost income from missed work, coordinating medical bill payments, and handling an insurance claim.

As I was driving down Route 3
As I was driving down Route 3, near exit 3, I noticed an ambulance in my rear view mirror in the distance behind me. The highway was empty besides my car and the ambulance, so since the ambulance was traveling in the right lane, I moved to the left. I noticed lights from a police cruiser ahead and a couple of cars were starting to slow, which I assumed was because of someone having been pulled over. As I got closer, I noticed the car crash and as I was passing the accident, the ambulance that had been behind me pulled over, it's headlights shining over an Officer performing CPR. There was another car pulled over, not crashed so maybe a witness to the accident, which was the same car as my mother drives. I called her right away to check (it wasn't)...when I made the phone call at 6:45pm, it was maybe 5 seconds after seeing the officer trying to revive the victim of this crash and since I was passing as the ambulance pulled up, it had to have been just a short time after the crash happened. Reports are saying the crash victim passed at the hospital; I don't think he was alive when I saw him, again, shortly after the crash. It could be thought by his family/friends who read the news articles that he was suffering for some time; I just wanted to write this in case they happen to read it and can find comfort in knowing that based on what I saw, I truly believe he wasn't.
