Later on Monday, police found Hinds at his home and placed him under arrest. He’s being held on $200,000 bail, and is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday on charges of motor vehicle homicide while under the influence of liquor, operating under the influence (second offense), possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of an accident involving death, leaving the scene of an accident involving serious injury, and operating to endanger.
Why every fatality from a crash is not legally a wrongful death
