Jeffrey H. Fisk, Jr. is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, and homicide by motor vehicle. An eyewitness told police he crossed the center line of Agricultural Avenue about 2:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon, hitting a motorcycle operated by Anthony Kishfy, 62.
