A three-car crash in the Hungry Hill section of the city injured at least two people late Wednesday afternoon, according to news reports.
The 5:45 p.m. crash at the intersection of Carew and Liberty streets sent a driver and pedestrian to the hospital with injuries.

However, ABC 40 News reported that a third person also was injured, although none of the injuries were believed to be life-threatening.

The impact of the collision forced one car onto a sidewalk, where the vehicle knocked over a street sign, CBS reports. The driver who hit the pedestrian said he was hit by another driver, according to the TV station.

It was unclear if police filed any charges in connection with the incident. Additional information wasn't immediately available.
