One person killed and one arrested in rear-end motorcycle collision on I-94 in Lake Township, Michigan

Miller said the driver of the vehicle, a 26-year-old man from Covert, came over a hill and rear-ended the motorcycle. Troopers are still investigating whether speed was also a factor, he said.
