A Dodge Ram pickup truck driven by a 22 year old Almont Area man had left the roadway and struck a tree, causing him to be trapped inside the vehicle. Berlin Township fire and rescue crews extricated him from the truck and he was taken to a Lapeer hospital for treatment of critical injuries.
