Police ID 15-year-old girl killed in crash with fire truck on I-94

Christina Snyder died at the hospital after the crash about 11 p.m. Monday, May 29 on westbound I-94 at near Grove Street, said Michigan State Police Sgt. Michael Sura. Police say the vehicle she was riding in crashed into a fire truck blocking a lane of traffic while firefighters responded to a rollover crash in the area.

The 34-year-old driver who crashed into a stopped fire truck Monday, May 29, on Interstate 94 has a lengthy driving record, including failing to stop for a school bus, according to Michigan Secretary of State records.
