Police discovered evidence that shows the other person is deceased, so they're looking for his remains, Garabelli said.
A boating accident that happened at the Saginaw River north of the Zilwaukee Bridge near the Bay/Saginaw County line results in a missing person and one rescue. That missing person is believed to be dead and this has turned into a recovery mission. The men have been identified as Robert Todd, 53, and David Bringham, 25. Bringham was rescued and taken to St. Mary's Hospital.
