Man, 85, dead, and 38-year-old son injured in icy road crash near Fairgrove, Michigan

A man and his son were driving east on Gilford when the man lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway, and struck a tree. The man was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The son suffered minor injuries. Authorities believe icy weather conditions were to blame.
