In the other car was a 26-year-old Merrill woman and her two-year-old daughter, Doyle said. Both suffered minor injuries but have since been released from the hospital.
The accident occurred shortly after 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, in the 17000 block of Frost Road.
