Two-car accident sends SUV through the wall of a post office on East Remington and South Washington streets in Saginaw, Michigan

SUV crashes through Saginaw post office wall after two-vehicle crash

Southbound traffic was completely blocked and one lane of northbound traffic was blocked while police and firefighters worked with tow truck drivers to clear the scene.
The driver of a SUV ran through the wall of a U.S. Postal Service building  in Saginaw, Michigan after a two-vehicle accident. The accident occured at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, at the corner of East Remington and South Washington. One car was driving north and failed to stop at the light, hitting a westbound vehicle. Police could not verify any injuries at the time. The SUV, a Ford Edge, came to a stop with the rear part of the vehicle inside the post office. Steam poured from a burst radiator inside the post office, according to firefighters.
