Head-on crash leaves woman dead, one hospitalized
Ashley Herriman, 34, of Flint was headed north in the 9300 block of Torrey Road around 11 p.m. Dec. 10 when the Pontiac Grand Prix she was driving crossed over the center line and struck a Jeep driven by a 53-year-old Holly woman, according to a preliminary investigation by Mundy Township police.
Herriman was pronounced dead at the scene. The Holly woman was taken to Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc Township for treatment and listed in stable condition. She is expected to recover from sustained injuries.
