The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office says when a Parkway Electric truck turned left onto Garden Avenue, the 44-foot pole it was carrying swung out into the southbound lane of 120th Avenue, into the path of an oncoming SUV driven by 37-year-old Kevin Witte.
