Teens airlifted to hospital after driver, awake for 24 hours, crashes into tree
Bussey and his passenger, Brett William Sabby, 18, of Ludington, were seriously injured and flown to Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Cole said. Sabby suffered life-threatening injuries, he said.
Bussey told deputies that he had been awake for more than 24 hours, Cole said.
