Deputies responded after receiving a report of a personal-injury crash at the intersection. When they arrived, deputies found a vehicle with heavy front-end damage that was being driven by a 44-year-old Decatur woman.
Deputies found the 18-year-old, whose name has not been released, trapped in his vehicle, which was pinned against a tree and heavily damaged. Rescue workers were able to extricate the teen from his vehicle and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

We have now learned that 18-year-old Riley Manning of Paw Paw was killed in the crash.
His friends say he was a fire fighter in Van Buren County.
