Two have died and a child is in critical condition following a wrong-way crash in St. Clair County’s Casco Township. Troopers from the Michigan State Police Lapeer Post say the crash occurred around 2:30pm Monday on I-94 near the Meldrum Road overpass.

Both the man and woman drivers died from their injuries, and a child who was a passenger in the SUV was hospitalized in critical condition with crash injuries, police said.
