The driver of the car, a 43-year-old Battle Creek man, was taken to Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall, where he refused treatment.
A motorcyclist and his passenger were seriously injured in a collision near Tekonsha on Saturday on Old US-27 near N Drive S. The crash occurred when a northbound vehicle turned into the path of the southbound motorcycle. The motorcycle driver and his passenger, a 53-year-old man and 48-year-old woman from Adrian, were thrown from the bike and suffered serious injuries. The woman was transported to Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, where she was listed in critical condition. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
