Dana Rae Lynn Carter, 26, dies from injuries sustained in SUV vs pickup crash on 142nd Street north of Wayland, Michigan

Dana Rae Lynn Carter, 26, was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV  around 6:15 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11 when she crashed with a pickup truck on 142nd Street west of US-131, north of Wayland. The crash is under investigation, but Michigan State Police say the area was foggy that morning. Carter was brought to the hospital, where she died of her injuries on Sunday.
