The Missaukee County Sheriff's department released the names of the two people killed in Tuesday's fatal crash

Emergency crews were dispatched to a report of a two-vehicle crash on Newman Road in Enterprise Township at 4:42 p.m. on Tuesday.
Two people died in a fatal accident Tuesday. Wendy King, 47, and her father, Michael Inscho, 71, both of Merritt, died after the crash on Newman Road in Enterprise Township. King died at the scene and Inscho was transported to Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, where he later died. The other driver, Kyle Pope, 21 was taken to Munson HealthCare Cadillac with non-life threatening injuries.  According to authorities, a pickup truck driven by Pope crossed the center line and crashed into a westbound car driven by King.  What every family needs to know about wrongful death claims When a person dies as the result of a car, truck, bicycle, pedestrian, or other kind of accident, family members must deal with the tragedy as best they can.
