Leslie man dead in Kalkaska snowmobile crash

William Martin Welhusen was riding a 2016 Ski Doo south on Sunset Trail on Friday in Oliver Township when he crashed into a tree, according to a Kalkaska Sheriff's department press release. Speed likely was a factor in the crash, authorities said.
