Jacob Paul Gappa, 30, killed in collision with semi truck on Hwy. 210 near Underwood, Minnesota

Jacob Paul Gappa, 30, of Parkers Prairie, was driving east on Hwy. 210 when he entered the westbound lane and collided with a semitrailer truck near the intersection of German Lake Road on the outskirts of Underwood, the Minnesota State Patrol said.
