Three people injured in crash outside Lake Crystal

LAKE CRYSTAL '€” Three people were injured Monday in a broadside collision just west of Lake Crystal. The driver of the Fusion, James Peterson, 84, of Madelia, and his passenger Trudell Peterson, 85, were also transported to the hospital. Ronald Pederson, 79, of Lake Crystal was crossing Highway 60 at the intersection of 499th Street when he collided with a Ford Fusion traveling east on the highway, according to State Patrol.
