According to the Minnesota State Patrol, at approximately 11:38 Wednesday morning, a 2007 Peterbilt semi-truck was traveling northbound on Highway 23 and a 2020 Hyundai Elantra was traveling westbound on Highway 19 when they collided in the intersection.
