My parents were T-boned by other vehicle and they were wearing their seat belts but the media had reported they weren't. Just a little information that many do not know, there is a little black box in cars just like in airplanes that can give all sorts of info about like speed, if seashells had been locked or unlocked etc.! Maybe news media should wait on reporting unverfied information before they really know the truth!
