Investigators say the driver of the 2006 Peterbilt truck and trailer was entering the highway's eastbound lanes from the median crossover near Oak Grove Baptist Church. As the truck entered the left lane, a Toyota Camry driven by Philip T. Turner, 47, crashed into the back of the trailer.
