Bryan Griffin was the unrestrained driver of a Ford pickup that ran off the road and struck a light pole. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 4:33 p.m.
A Saturday afternoon wreck on Chesterville Road claimed the life of a 39-year-old Chesterville man. Lee County Coroner Caroline Green said
