Witnesses: Man loses control of vehicle, hits pedestrian in Jackson
DPS Spokesperson Bailey Martin says the incident happened near South West Street and Capitol Street Tuesday evening. According to Martin, the driver was taken to a hospital and is stable. The victim was also taken to a hospital and is in serious condition.
