8-Year-Old Killed After Being Ejected from Vehicle in Wreck
The Mississippi Highway Patrol says the 26-year-old driver, Cornella Robinson, lost control of the 2000 Honda Accord and it hit a tree.
A car containing four people was heading south on Highway 513 on Saturday morning, when it left the roadway for an unknown reason and struck a tree. An 8-year-old girl in the car, identified as Marveanna Tillman, was ejected from the vehicle and died as a result. No other details were currently available; check back for updates.
