Catherine Crouch, 71, seriously injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 50 in Morgan County, Missouri

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by 71-year-old Catherine Crouch was traveling westbound and two vehicles were stopped on the roadway. Crouch failed to slow and struck the rear end of one of the vehicles as a third vehicle was attempting to make a left hand turn.
