Misty Lunceford, 39, was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash on County Road Northwest 850 in Johnson County, Missouri

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Misty Lunceford entered a curve at an excessive rate of speed and began to slide. The vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.
