Two women have died following a vehicle wreck early Monday morning on U.S. 36. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Hasty was wearing a safety device. Holle was not.
What every family needs to know about wrongful death claims: When someone dies as the result of an accident, family members must make many decisions, and a wrongful death claim often needs to be filed. Often a claim can be filed only by certain family members, and there are strict requirements and deadlines that must be met.
