According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred when 23-year-old Andrew Isom of West Plains was traveling northbound on U.S. Highway 63 three miles south of Koshkonong when he failed to yield while traveling in the pathway of 65-year-old James Barnett of Thayer.
