At 12:51 a.m. Dec. 14, Terrence L. Ruck, 73, was standing next to his 2015 Honda CR-V, which was facing the wrong direction in the southbound lane following a previous accident, and John T. Bishop, 48, of Perryville, driving south in a 1979 Ford F150 Ranger, struck the front of the CR-V, and its door struck Ruck.
