Driver flees scene after crashing through barriers in downtown St. Louis.
Authorities are searching for a driver who fled the scene after crashing into a barrier wall in downtown St. Louis early Friday morning.
Officials say the car got lodged in between two barrier walls after crashing at the depressed section of Interstate 70 and Memorial Dr. about 3:15 a.m.
Police say that the driver busted out the back window and fled the scene before authorities arrived.
The investigation is ongoing.
