The crash happened at about 2:50 a.m. on Monday, near mile marker 282 on I-15 south.
According to the Montana Highway Patrol, an SUV with three females was traveling north in the southbound lane of I-15.
A semi-truck was traveling south in the southbound lane and tried to avoid the SUV but the two collided head-on.
