Nelson says neither occupant was wearing a seat belt and both were ejected. The Montana Highway Patrol says a 2004 Chevy truck was traveling eastbound when it failed to make a right-hand turn and rolled multiple times. It says a 23-year-old female was transported to St. Peter's Hospital. The patrol says the accident is still under investigation.

A single-vehicle crash on a rural road north of Helena has killed a 23-year-old man seriously injured a woman. Lewis and Clark County coroner M. E. 'Mickey' Nelson says that the accident happened at 2:30 a.m.      The patrol says the accident is still under investigation. Raith Dominic Kurtz, 23, from Scobey, was killed in a one-vehicle crash on Sierra Road early Saturday morning, and a 23-year-old female was seriously injured, according to Lewis and Clark County coroner M. E. ‘Mickey’ Nelson.
