A 50-year-old woman died after car crashed into another vehicle on Saturday, police said.
A 50-year-old woman died after car crashed into another vehicle on Saturday, police said.
It happened around 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of MLK and Cartier. North Las Vegas police say the woman was driving a jeep when she collided with another car.
She was taken to UMC Trauma where she died. Police say there was an 11-year-old in the jeep with her who suffered minor injuries.
A 19-year-old was driving the car and was not injured in the wreck.
Police say they are investigating the circumstances around the accident but preliminary evidence shows the driver of the jeep was at fault.
