What every family needs to know about wrongful death claims When someone dies as the result of an accident, family members must make many decisions, and a wrongful death claim often needs to be filed. In Las Vegas and across Nevada, a claim can be filed only by certain family members, but there are strict requirements and deadlines that must be met.
