Accident leaves moped rider in critical condition
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said a moped rider is in critical condition after an accident Friday night.
Cicotte was driving a moped east on West Flamingo Road at about 10:30pm when he was struck by a car driven by Angel Ogaz-Encinas, 43, that was turning left onto the road from South Cameron Street. The collision ejected Ciciotte from his scooter, and sent him to the hospital in critical condition. This accident remains under investigation; check back for updates.
