A car driver is dead after hitting a light pole near Doolittle Avenue and J Street in Las Vegas early Tuesday afternoon, possibly due to a medical condition. A pedestrian was minorly injured after being hit by flying debris and was taken to University Medical Center. We'll update this story with any new information we receive.
