Teenager suspected of DUI in crash that injured two
"My brother doesn’t deserve to be fighting for his life because a teenager thought it would be a good idea to drink and drive," said Jen Pennington.

The Toyota proceeded into the intersection, where it was struck by the speeding Mercedes-Benz. A passenger in the Toyota, John Pennington, 30, was ejected and suffered a traumatic brain injury, collapsed lungs, and a number of fractures. All 5 people involved in the crash were taken to University Medical Center. The occupants of the Toyota were in critical condition, while the teens in the Mercedes sustained minor injuries.
